Amicia is a graduate of the University of Missouri-
Columbia and maintained internships in competitive
news markets from St. Louis to Jacksonville, FL.
Her professional accomplishments included an
Associated Press, First Place Breaking News and
Meridian Star ‘Readers Choice’ acknowledged her
as the 2017 Best TV Personality.
Amicia hit the national stage as co-host and guest
panelist of the Roland Martin Unfiltered Daily Digital
Show streamed with a live audience in Chicago.
She is frequently requested to serve as an expert
panelist detailing her experiences as black millennial
covering news, culture, social injustice, politics and
entertainment. She is a member of the National
Association of Black Journalist and manages her
media relations firm Aicima LLC.
